Why Every Tray Counts

Every Tray Counts is dedicated to working with children, parents, communities, and interested participants within the North Carolina School districts to engage in responsible purchasing and waste diversion practices. Polystyrene trays and food waste composting are a health issue for children, an environmental issue for our land, and an economic issue for the development and growth of food composting sites across North Carolina.
